Fellow Residents/Owners:
 
After reviewing the Florida Statutes, our Rules and Regulations and recounting the proxys and ballots cast at the Annual Meeting, I'm pleased to tell you that the question of moving reserves from the Roof Reserve Fund to the Fence Reserve Fund has passed, and we will move forward as quickly as possible to get the fences replaced and trees trimmed to accommodate the fence replacement.
 
This will be done on a section by section basis, and everyone will get enough notification to make this process as painless as possible.    Please know we will do everything in our power to accommodate everyone's needs, but we will also have to accommodate the installer's needs and do this in as efficient way as possible.

Dear Fellow Owners and Residents:

PLTH, II, conducted our Annual Meeting Tuesday evening, May 31, at Maitland City Hall.   While we were able to gain a quorum for the Annual Meeting itself, we were unable to officially vote on transferring funds from the Roof Reserve account to the Fence Reserve account.

After discussing as much business as possible, the meeting was officially adjourned with the proviso that it be reconvened with 90 days to deal with the issue of transferring funds from the Roof Reserve Account to the Fence Reserve Account.  If you can't find the form previously sent, please go to our website, www.myparklake,.com and look for the “Documents” section to download a form for your use/completion.  Again, this form should be sent to Asset Management as quickly as possible.

We will, additionally, be calling and/or coming to see some of you in order to get the required amount of forms completed so this issue can be voted upon to either approve or deny the motion to move funds.
